Shipping

We ship worldwide from the United States. Orders are processed quickly and shipped using reliable carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

International orders (including Europe) may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are not controlled by us.

Each order is carefully packaged in our premium gift box, ready to be presented.

Returns

You may return your order within 90 days of purchase.

• Item must be unused
• In original condition and packaging
• All tags and accessories included

Return Shipping

• United States: Free returns
• International (including Europe): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.

We do not charge restocking fees. Shipping costs (including express delivery) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• United States: One free size exchange is available for unused items
• International (including Europe): Exchanges are not available at this time

International customers may place a new order after returning their item if needed.

Important Notes

• Gift cards are non-refundable
• Promotional bundles (e.g. Buy 2 Get 1) must be returned in full to qualify for a full refund
• Partial returns from bundles will be adjusted accordingly
