How is Club Equilibrium Jewelry made?

Each piece of Club Equilibrium jewelry is uniquely designed and 100% handcrafted in our Chicago-based art studio. We use only top-rated natural gemstones and precious metals, like gold, silver and rhodium. Compared to other stone jewelry available on the market, we design each piece based on specific knowledge of astrology, numerology and healing powers of each stone. Therefore, we assure that the stones are enhancing each other, well-matched and do not block each other power. Every item is made with love and delivered to you in our custom, luxury gift box. It is a perfect gift for any occasion!

OUR GUARANTEE

Club Equilibrium does its best to provide high quality service and products to its customers. Our quality is among the highest in the industry. As a result, we offer 365-day guarantee from the date of purchase on all our jewelry products. A purchase receipt along with detailed pictures of the Club Equilibrium jewelry you own must be shown to use the guarantee.

The guarantee covers the following:
- Broken nylon string
- Cracked beads
- Damaged lock or closure, which is not resulted by misuse of the product or physical damage.

Please note that the guarantee does not cover plating issues, or discoloration or physical (mechanical) damage to the jewelry. It is important to follow proper care of the jewelry to avoid those issues. Also, due to potential misuse of elastic (stretch) wristbands, the guarantee on a broken elastic string is 60 days from the date of purchase.

What is the status of my order?

Please visit your Account page to check the status of your order. Please note that it takes 2-3 business days to custom make your bracelet and dispatch it to you. Feel free to email us at service@clubequilibrium.com with any questions.

How long does the shipment take?

Once dispatched from our store (within 1-3 days from the date of the order placement), it usually takes 2-5 business days to get it anywhere in the continental USA by the Ground shipment. Please note that we are not able to ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address. For more information you can have a look at our Shipping and Returns page.

Can I return my bracelet?

We understand that sometimes returns happen. For all Club Equilibrium bracelets we offer a ‘90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.clubequilibrium.com. You have 90 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). After 90 calendar days, return is not accepted. For a refund, we accept Club Equilibrium bracelets with the original tags attached, and there must be no sign of usage. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note that the paid shipping cost is not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that terms of any special offers like "Buy 2 and Get 1 Free" (2+1) are only valid if no items from the offer are returned. There is no "FREE" item, if some items (not all of them) from the deal are returned for a refund. If any item/s from the deal is (are) returned for a refund, the "FREE" item will no longer be free for the buyer and the buyer will be charged a full amount of that FREE item on the day of return. The buyer is eligible for a full refund only if ALL items from the deal are returned and all of them are in a BRAND NEW and UNUSED condition with all tags, packaging and accessories attached.

Can I resize my bracelet?

Yes, you can! Please contact us at service@clubequilibrium.com with your resizing request prior to sending it to us.
